Submissions

Please find below the guidelines for the different types of submission as well as the submission's sites.

Please note that on the EuroGraphics SRM system there are two conferences named VAST. When choosing the symposium submission page please make sure to choose SRM_VAST09 for full papers and SRM_VAST09SP for short and project papers.
 
 
Full Papers
 
All full papers contributions must be original, unpublished work, in English and should not exceed 8 pages. We ask you to follow the standard layout for VAST 2009 publications. LaTeX2e style files to generate this layout are available along further information regarding the submission procedure (for both abstract and relative full paper) from the submission website:

Short/Project Papers
 
All short and project papers contributions must be original, unpublished work, in English and should not exceed 4 pages. We ask you to follow the standard layout for VAST 2009 publications. VAST-STAR Papers
 
VAST State of the Art Report papers contributions must provide a novel overview of research in the fields on computer graphics, computer science and related fields that can benefit the multidisciplinary nature of VAST and should not exceed 20 pages. We ask you to follow the standard layout for VAST2009 publications. LaTeX2e style files to generate this layout are available along further information regarding the submission procedure from the submission website:

Tutorials and Workshops
 
We are seeking contributions to workshops and tutorials that provide an opportunity to educate and share on key topics of interest face-to-face. Tutorial submissions will be published in the "Projects and Short Papers" proceedings volume. Workshops that provide supplemental material in time for the CD-ROM printing will also be included. All material will be made availalbe on the VAST2009 website.
